I try my hand at drawing a traditional japanese devil. I still think some of my style comes through in the gesture and the distortion, but for the most part i used restraint and didnt let it get too crazy. This guy's going to be in full color and it is the last area we need to focus on in order to finish his left arm; save for a small space between his Uriel devil and his dog hand tatt.
We were going to do this tonight before we realized it was 11pm and we both had to work at 8. Damn day jobs...
Neil is a friend of mine. He is mostly covered with less than desirable tattoos from when he was young. It is my goal over the next 10 months to completely re-work and re-imagine all of Neil's existing 20ish tattoos. In addition to that, the spaces he has left will be fresh, original art drawn and tattooed by me. Check back often for updates.

Neil's skeleton guy with filler
Haven't posted in a while! sorry. Neil has been really busy with work and I got really tied up with band stuff, but now we're making some real progress again.
This tattoo is on the back of his arm opposite the Uriel devil that I fixed up. For the moment, it is re-lined and I added some red spider web filler. It seemed appropriate.
